Our Farms:
Found throughout the Wichita, Sedgwick County, and surrounding areas, our sites and projects are each a unique opportunity to build something special. Each farm is designed to uplift its surrounding community bettering the health and economic success.
How we grow food:
We grow using natural and organic methods, combining permacultures multi-layered systems, with regenerative agriculture principles and practices to create sustainable systems that grow the most flavorful and nutritionally dense food possible. We leverage nature to help us control the growing environment.
Why:
There is a strong connection between our health (physical and mental) and the quality of our food. This effects our ability to provide economic sustainability for our families.
Get Produce
We want everyone to have easy access to locally grown and nutritionally dense food, no matter income or socio-economic status. This requires use to utilize strategies that reduce as many barriers as possible.
Pick-and-Pay
We encourage our guests to come out and harvest their own produce on scheduled days, providing opportunities to learn and engage. This also helps to keep our costs lower for our customer.
Pay-What-You-Can
We publish suggested pricing that is fair and affordable for the market. Customers can pay the suggested price, pay more, or pay less, but not one leaves hungry.
